Mexico RFA Muxbal Green Unroasted Coffee 250g
Roast Profile: I’ve tried this coffee at many different roast levels, I find a medium roast (maybe a little darker) brings out the best. It can go darker but does seem to lose some of its impact, lighter roasts did not work well but worth a try!
